MY PREQUEL LIGHTSABERS

On the right is another pic of the lower lightsaber section showing the Prequel (Episodes I & II) lightsabers, this time with the cabinet lights on. In this pic you can also see quite clearly how the lightsaber display is made, with the cradles sticking out. The display is made with plexiglass plastic. The display is not the final one. Once I get Yoda's Episode II lightsaber by MR I will make another display stand so that the third row will have TWO cradles side-by-side for each Yoda saber, since they are so short anyway. The main reason is to conserve space for the time when Episode III comes out and there are lots of new lightsabers to get and complete the collection. :) That would leave me with 5 slots for the rest of the Ep.2 and Ep. 3 sabers, and possibly the "floor" space for one more if necessary. The remaining 5 slots (plus floor space) are now provisionally allocated as follows: Anakin Skywalker Ep. 2 Mace Windu EP. 2 Ep. 3 saber (Obi-Wan?) Ep. 3 saber (Anakin/Vader?) Ep. 3 saber (Luke's, by Anakin?) Ep. 3 saber (new character?) I hope there isn't going to be anymore sabers in Ep. 3 cos I won't know where to find the space!!! :) BTW, the Maul saber will be mounted on the side of the cabinet as soon as I receive the covertech clip I ordered.

1. Obi Wan Kenobi Ep. 1 Lightsaber

As shown above, this was made by the very reknowned Larbel. Follow the link below for more pictures, but those are of a different run. The one above on sale is better as the chrome is slightly shinier and the brass knob has been colored purple like the original. Extremely rare and hard to find, even the MR version, which was sold out very quickly, and was based off the Ep. II version that was actually a stunt version of the Ep. 1 version, hence had less details.

2. Qui Gon Jin Lightsaber

This is the best and most accurate Qui Gon lightsaber you will ever find. Also made by the famous Larbel, this baby is virtually impossible to find, and MR will not be making this saber either.

3. Darth Maul Lightsaber

This is the Master Replicas Darth Maul saber (see above). It is unnumbered. It comes with the original carrying case/box, no display stand. MR sells it for $449, and is sold out. Note that the Maul saber shown on the close-up pages (linked below) is NOT this MR saber. That was one made by Larbel which I sold some time ago to get this MR version, which is more accurate (and also made by Larbel anyway for MR).

4. Count Dooku Lightsaber

This was made by MR, and retailed for $299 before being all sold out. It is numbered 3160/3500, and comes with a plaque, certificate, and original carrying case/box, with no display stand.

5. Yoda Ep. 1 Lightsaber

This was made from an original Bolsey flashgun. Follow link below for more pics and details.
